2001-07-26 - 6:01 a.m. Open Letter to George Harrison Dear George, I hear that you are going to die soon. How lucky you are to have a heads up. You know better than most that death can creep up on an individual when it is least expected. It seems to me that you are one of the few people in the public eye that made a true effort to get in touch with his own soul. That alone is a beautiful legacy. Your music created a spark that will never be extinguished in my and countless other's lives . I grew up listening to The Beatles and all I can say is thank you. You were lucky guys in the luckiest of situations and when the chips were dealt to you, you gambled hard and won big, bigger than most of us can dream. Please know that there are many of us out here that wish you the best on your next journey. Whether you pass into another plane or vanish into void, take solace in the fact that your life touched millions of souls. You will not be forgotten and will always be loved. I wish you joy, peace and everlasting happiness. Sincerely, Wammo P.S. Taxman rocks.
