Greetings from the Big Easy. I’m down here in “Nawlins” to open for Jim Carroll. You can bet your ass that I’m pretty damn excited. Last night I got dee-runk with my friend Patty (she’s in the Hi From Tour entry, one of my faves by the way, if you haven’t read it) We bounced all over the Quarter getting smashed. (Wammo? Drunk in New Orleans? Heavens!) Today I geeked out and did the tourist thing. Bought a wide-angle lens for my new camcorder. Shot tons of footage of clowns, musicians, jugglers, etc… Now I’m in a cyber cafe that doesn’t sell beer or allow you to smoke, so you know why I’m cutting this short. All I can say is I can’t wait to hit another restaurant, the food here is soooooooooo bad ass. Mmmmmm, grow Wammo, make gut bigger..
